Arrival & Departure
Camping – Arrival time between 3pm – 8pm*. Camping pitches must be vacated by 12pm noon on the day of your departure
Orchard Lodges / Cabins – Arrival time between 3pm – 8pm*. Departure 10.30am.
Glamping Arks – Arrival between 3pm – 8pm*. Departure 10.30am
*unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
Bookings
We require full payment upfront to secure your booking. We accept no responsibility for mistakes made when booking and paying a deposit over the telephone so please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received.
Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed in writing once a deposit has been received. This confirmation will be in the form of an email, sent to the email address specified.
Alteration to Bookings
We’re happy to make changes to your booking. Please give as much notice as possible, and any alterations will depend on availability.
Number in Party
We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch, unless booking an XL tent in which we allow 8 people. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, then two pitches must be booked.
Pets
A maximum of two pets are welcome to stay with you. A dog bed should be provided, and pets are not allowed on soft furnishings. As the owner you are liable to pay any damages caused inside the rental accommodation. Please confirm the number, and if possible the size, of pets when booking your stay.
Dogs must be kept on a lead (not exceeding two metres) at all times.
Pets must not be left unattended at any time and fouling must be cleared up immediately.
Cancellation
We appreciate your circumstances can sometimes change resulting in the amendment or cancellation of your holiday. We will always try our best to accommodate your requirements where we can, subject to cost and availability. Cancellations must be put into writing. If you cancel your booking, all monies paid are non-refundable. We do not offer a cancellation policy for bookings in our rental accommodations so we recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance. Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before arrival. £20 admin fee is payable.
Bank Holidays
Bank Holidays, Christmas and Easter minimum 3 nights stay.
Insurance
We advise to take out your own travel insurance covering any losses, injury, travel cost and accommodation cost.
Weather
We regret weather conditions are beyond our control and cannot refund any monies if you cancel your booking or reduce your stay due to the weather.
Vehicles
One vehicle is permitted per pitch. Additional vehicles are required to be parked in the designated areas and will be charged for.
Please advise us if you wish to bring an electric car as additional charges may be made.
Requests
We will try to honour your request but we are unable to guarantee specific pitch allocation.
Personal Belongings
Please be sure to take all your personal belongings when you leave your accommodation. Management cannot accept responsibility for any items left behind.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly not permitted in any of our accommodation. Any person found to be doing so during their holiday or after vacating will be liable to pay for the valeting of the accommodation.
Liability
The business and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions or park rules, may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given. Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given.
The decision of Greenway Farm on all the above will be final. Payment of your deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
